11th October 2017
After a good night's sleep, there is an action packed morning ahead before heading home.
Zip wire, giant swing and Jacobs ladder, followed by a fencing session for everyone - on guard!
How lucky we are with the weather!
Everyone stoked up well with a good breakfast, before an early morning kick-about. We have then enjoyed 'All Aboard', with everyone managing to climb up the pole, and a few brave souls getting onto the top platform.
Team games have included 'Dizzy Football' - all with the bonus of sunshine.
Wednesday evening update:
After arriving safely and unpacking in the cabins, we have had an afternoon of exciting activities - the giant swing, tunnel games and zip-wire fun! The children (and teachers!) are looking forward to supper before we have an evening of PGL sports activities.
I am delighted that the PGL staff have already commented on how encouraging the children have been toward each other, and also how thoughtful towards others on site. Well done children!
The date for our Year 6 Residential trip is fast approaching. The powerpoint from the pre-visit meeting is attached here for parents who were unable to attend.
