Artsmark Award

We are thrilled to be working towards our Artsmark Award. On this webpage you will see a portfolio of all the activities we have been involved in as a school community, which will provide evidence to showcase the fact that we are a school which appreciates the arts and makes provision for all our pupils to engage in a broad and balanced curriculum.
Opera Brava entertained and educated the year 5 and 6 children with their first workshop, which will lead to a production and performance of the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, later in the term. It was a fun day for the children who were amazed at how powerful the human voice could be. Many then bravely performed a solo, in front of their peers, before learning which role they will play in the performance when Opera Brava return later this term for a full week of creating, rehearsing and performing.
Check out the magnificent new mural designed, planned and put together with the help of all of the children.
